When considering a termite bond to protect your home first you need to know what type of termite you want to treat for... Subterranean termites or Drywood termites each termite is treated in a differant way .

To treat for Subterranean termites you must treat the ground around your home or office. Subterranean termites live under ground so in order to treat for them a soil treatment is needed around the building to control or protect.

To treat for Drywood termites most of the time you will need to do a Tent Fumigation, Drywood termites do not come in contact with the ground as Subterranean Termites do, so tenting is the proper treatment.

After the treatment has been performed then a warranty or (Termite Bond) is put in place to protect the home owner.
